I do several things to try to stay healthy. First of all,
I try to get some exercise every day. For example I
get up At six every morning and I do sit-up hundred
times, push-up fifty times and back-up hundred times.
So I do stretch after bath. I am careful about my diet.
I don't eat sweet. Finally, I try to keep regular hours.
As you can see, I try to keep in shape and stay healthy.
