Essay 1-02b: SLAMDUNK

Today, Japanese manga is becoming popular in all over the world. It tendency be wondered for Japanese people. Why Japanese manga was liked by all over the world people? SLAMDUNK is one of the Japanese manga. I think this manga is the vest of the vest! Every time I am encouraged by this manga and I am motivated by it. Therefore I chose this manga.

There are three importance hero and one importance heroin in SLAMDUNK. Above all, Sakuragi Hanamichi! He is main hero in this manga and so he is high school student. He was Yankee because he has red hear and strong a fight. Oneday he was fell in love with Haruko Akagi. They became friend, then she advises to play basketball for him, because she has older brother; he plays basketball. His name is Takenori Akagi. He act captain in basketball club there again he want new member. Hanamichi joined a basketball club, only he met rival in his life. His name is Rukawa Kaede. He is expert at basketball and he is loved for Haruko!! In future Hanamichi will progress the basketball. He will meet many rival.

Precisely basketball is competing with the two teams each other. One team has five players and their use a ball. They have to scramble the score with a ball. Coat is point to play basketball place, then there are two baskets. Players put a ball in competitors’ basket when they are able to get a point. This sports winner is get many point more than competing team.

This manga was written by Takehiko Inoue; His real name is Takehiko Nariai. He has been at Kagoshima. He likes to paint since early childhood. He went to Kumamoto College while he was dropout. Because he couldn’t give up his dream; he wanted to become a cartoonist. His masterpieces comic are SLAMDUNK, BAKABOND, and REAL. SLAMDUNK was broken through circulation of one hundred million in 2004.

Why this manga became popular, because I think Mr. Inoue makes well many characters. Now, many fans are holding the SLAM Dunk’s festival in all over the world. I think it is very good tendency however I want to know about Japan for world people. In future, I keep boosting for Takehiko Inoue also all over the worlds funs. Please read this manga.
